West Michigan Farmlink is a 

company that connects local farms with restaurants in the area. The chefs log onto a website and are able to order from hundreds of farms in one place. Farmlink collects the produce ordered by the chefs, and distributes it to the corresponding restaurants. 

I've had the pleasure of working for this company and seeing the process first hand. When I got a feel for the company and its priorities, I was able to completely redesign their website and social media presence.
